The 2023 Metropolitan Museum of Art, MET Gala took place on May 1st in New York City with its theme as Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty and Penélope Cruz, Michaela Coel, Roger Federer, Dua Lipa, and Vogue’s Anna Wintour as co-host.
The exhibition explores “the artistic methodology and stylistic vocabulary of Karl Lagerfeld’s designs through recurring themes across more than 65 years, from the 1950s to his final collection in 2019.” -according to the Met.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky brought it for the best couple. Penelope Cruz,Cara Delevingne, Anne Hathaway, and Teyana Taylor were my best and Mary J Blige was my worst.
Covering up is best for this season.Showing skin didn’t do the trick. Jennifer Lopez (Though she showed some skin) and Kim Kardashian also looked great. Amanda Seyfried showed some skin too but I love the dramatic retro hair and look.
Erykah Badu came with the sauce and I love Tems dramatic head gear.
Oh an Serena Williams is pregnant! Who knew? It’s like since Rihanna got pregnant the second time,everyone stopped being pregnant,lol.
And where in world is Beyonce (not like she is a MET favorite but I miss her)?
