Anne Hathaway stars in new Movie “The Idea of You”

Anne Hathway stars in the new movie, The Idea of You where she portrays a single mother who lives out a teenage girl’s dream.

The movie is about a 40-year-old single mom who gets to live out a teenage girl’s dream: embarking on a whirlwind romance with the 24-year-old lead singer of the world’s hottest boy band, played by Nicholas Galitzine. 

According to the Author, Robinne Lee, the movie was inspired by Harry Styles’s career and love life.

The plot kicks off with Solène’s husband, played by Reid Scott, choosing to end their marriage — which means canceling his Coachella trip with their 16-year-old daughter Izzy (Ella Rubin). At the festival, Solène (Anne Hathaway) crosses paths with Hayes Campbell, the frontman of the popular band August Moon, who is said to be based on Harry Styles. As an unexpected romance begins between the two, Solène must balance her career, her obligations to her teenage daughter, and the 24-hour news cycle surrounding her relationship.

The film will stream globally on Prime Video starting May 2. It’s been a while since I saw Anne in a movie. I’ll be watching!
