I call it that cos it’s so retro;the crop top,the bangoes(i know!who calls it that this days),earrings and a high waist…is it a skirt or pants?can’t really say from here. Guessing its for a movie set. She looks skinnier/smaller,i don’t know,maybe it’s the outfit.
