hJay Z turned 45 on the 4th of December 2014 and they both travelled to Iceland to celebrate.According to TMZ,
The 33-year-old pop diva and the 45-year-old rap mogul ‘are the frontrunners in a bidding war’ after touring the cliffside property six times.
There are allegedly four total offers on the mansion, but real estate agent Branden Williams is expected to close a $70 million deal with Bey and Jay ‘by Christmas.’
The impressive eight-bedroom, 15-bathroom house sits on 23,000 square feet and includes an attached 16-car garage.
