2015 MTV VMA Worst Dressed -Kelly Osbourne

So far I’ve seen a lot of great dresses at the 2015 MTV VMA’s but i don’t get Kelly Osbourne’s jumpsuit. She was the most odd-looking at the show,i must say…She also needs to dress her age.
