Winona Ryder Says Keanu Reeves refused to insult her on ‘Dracula’ Set

Actress,Winona Ryder said in an interview with The Sunday Times that actor,Keanu Reeves refused to insult her after director,Francis Ford Coppola asked him to,to make her cry on ‘Dracula’ Set.

According to the Stranger Things actress, on set of the movie ‘Dracula’,director Francis Ford Coppola instructed actors,Keanu Reeves,Richard E. Grant and Anthony Hopkins to yell insults at her to get her to cry for a particular scene. She said;

“To put it in context I’m supposed to be crying,” “Literally, Richard E. Grant, Anthony Hopkins, Keanu [Reeves]…Francis was trying to get all of them to yell things that would make me cry. But Keanu wouldn’t, Anthony wouldn’t. It just didn’t work. I was, like, really? It kind of did the opposite.”

That Francis Ford shouted “You whore!” but it didn’t work. Ryder said she and Francis “are good now”.
