Nicki Minaj was spotted at the fashion rock concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on tuesday wearing a black mini-dress and black and gold embellished heels and Vampire Diaries cutie,Kat Graham(pic middle) wore an ICB Iris Lame Mix Houndstooth Jacquard sleeve crop coat and Iris double cloth drop crotch tapered trouser,metallic heels and a black clutch .

Personally i don’t think that kind on footwear is flattering on Nicki,she needs one that could elongate her legs and Kat looks fab. What do you think?
