Do You Find Maroon 5 Music ‘Animal’ Video Disturbing?

Well,it seems what artistes are doing now is getting married to models and featuring them in their videos…from robin thicke,to John Legend now Adam Levine… Anyways,The Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network (RAINN) seem to have a problem with it;

In a statement provided to the MailOnline, RAINN’s VP of Communications, Katherine Hull Fliflet said:

‘Maroon 5’s video for Animals is a dangerous depiction of a stalker’s fantasy – and no one should ever confuse the criminal act of stalking with romance. ‘The trivialization of these serious crimes, like stalking, should have no place in the entertainment industry.’

Another group, the National Sexual Violence Resource Centre, also expressed concern over the video telling TMZ that it was inappropriate that Adam was treating his wife like a piece of meat in the video, which includes showing her near naked body while his character dreams of having sex with her.
You know i love Maroon 5 but we live in a weird world and some people might find this entertaining and sexy but some might think that’s what admiration looks like…I just feel they could have done better.So what do you think?Is this video appropriate or does it encourage rape,stalking and abuse?
