He said. ‘I don’t believe any of it. I just believe if you’re a good person everything is going to go right for you.’

‘I was raised in the Islamic faith, so it will always be with me, and I identify a lot with the culture. But I’m just me. I don’t want to be defined by my religion or my cultural background,’ he had said.

Vanessa Hudgens sizzle for Women's Health magazine

Actress Vanessa Hudgens showed off her abs on the December issue of Women's Health where she talked about her future plans,her relationship with Austin Butler and fitness. She said;“I want to get married, travel, then have kids -- probably in my late 30s,” "Everyone’s clock is different."

Speaking on her seven year relationship with actor,Austin Butler,she said;
We both respect, trust, and admire each other," "It’s so solid now because I feel strong as an independent woman. I am very self-reliant, but it’s nice to have a best friend you can share victories with as well as losses.”

On her insecurities and fitness routine. she said;

“We were getting ready to go on the second leg of our tour, and it had been only two or three months, but the costume would not fit over my butt,” she recalls. “So I had to pull it on over my head, and then it wouldn’t zip up all the way, and I was like, ‛What do you mean I can’t eat Hot Cheetos and rice and beef jerky every day?’ So I had to start making changes at an early age.”

“When I do a scene that requires me to not have a lot of clothes on, I definitely get very strict with myself and cut sugar and carbs," she adds.

“Because I’m very petite, I’ve always felt that women who are taller are smarter and more powerful,” she admits. “I would feel less than because of my size. I see how women who are 5′9″ walk into a room, and I am so attracted to the space they take up. But then I started to realize that you can take up space without height -- with your achievements, points of view, and opinions. Now that I’ve realized I can work through it, I’m like, ‘How do I make myself feel more confident?’”

“If I ever get to the point that I’m not happy with my body, I’ll do something about it,” she also notes. “You will always have the power to do something. Sometimes it will take a little longer than you would like, and sometimes it may be a little more extreme. But if you honestly have a goal, you can do it. You just need to figure out the right way to get there.”

Camilla Mendes discuss her struggles with Bulimia

Riverdale star Camila Mendes opened up in an interview with Shape magazine about her struggles with bulimia

"I was always punishing myself. I was even anxious about healthy food," "I was consumed with the details of what I was eating, and I always felt as if I was doing something wrong."

“I realized that I have this platform, and young women and men who look up to me, and there is a tremendous power to do something positive with it,” she said. “It was definitely a very vulnerable thing to put that out there to almost 12 million people on social media. But that’s who I am. That’s me being authentically myself.”

Glad to know she got help. She is a beaut.

But she kept it going." "I was going to make millions off my Bruno Mars tour, and I sacrificed that to stay with my daughter," Cardi continued. "I love my daughter. I'm a good-ass f--king mom. "When I got pregnant, I was f--king freaking out," Cardi shared. "Everybody around me was like, 'No, this never happened before. Every artist that had a baby, they already put in years in the game. This is your first year. You're going to mess it up. How are you going to make it?' While I was pregnant, I kept telling myself, I can't wait till I'm back out there. I'm going to look hot, and I'm going to be that bitch."

Yes Cardi ,we know you love you daughter (but what would she think of you when she sees the video in the future?) but keep it together next time (hopefully there won't be a next time)

Ciara worked out three times a day after the birth of her second child

Ciara showed off her rocking bod on the cover of Cosmopolitan as she discuss her fitness goals,relationship and ambitions. The Level up singer wore a white top tucked in leather baggy pants for the cover. She said Destiny's child inspired her to be an Entertainer;"They were killing it, and I just went, 'This is what I want to do. I'm gonna be an entertainer…' The first goal I wrote down was to get discovered. The second was to sell 3 to 4 million records. Third, have longevity."

On her ambition:

"I never thought, I can't be because of the color of my skin, I can't be because of my gender. No dream is too big. I want to be a billionaire. The more resources, the more you can do. But I think my greatest accomplishment 10 years from now is that I would have a successful life as it pertains to my marriage and being a mom. It's cool to want to do all these creative things, but it's no good to gain the world if you lose your soul."

On how she worked out three times a day to get a post baby figure;
"It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breastfeed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night. It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know."
