Buzzed: Gisele Bundchen is seen with a very short haircut in an image from Balenciaga's fall campaign

I’ve always thought she had a manly face,this haircut just proved it. In a newly released image, Ms Bundchen, 33, is seen with a short, slicked-back ‘do as she sits against a backdrop of shattered mirrors, raising her legs to show off some thigh-high patent-leather boots.

‘This is how I see Gisele for Balenciaga; strong, powerful, mysterious and uncompromising,’ artistic director Alexander Wang told Women’s Wear Daily.

‘This season we worked with this idea of vanity, staged in a room filled with mirrors. But the cracked mirror is a continuing thread from the marble veins and creeping ivy leaves from seasons past,’ Mr Wang added
