How Often Do You Have Flings?

people say flings, one night stands…I assumed its meeting someone for the
first time, being attracted to them physically, having nothing in common (or
one thing in common) and having sex with them. You might never see them again
or talk about them ever… Until my bff kept complaining about how single, bored
and lonely he feels at night and how he plans to stop it. According to him; he
had a ‘weekend fling’- She came around on a Friday and left on Sunday.

I the only one surprised here or is this norm? Normally, I’m not the fling
kinda person but I assumed it’s mostly a one-time/ night thing. But these days
we have a whole new kinda flings ;it’s chatting the person up and planning a
hook up, it’s having the hookup and booking for another…Things are so crazy now
that ladies don’t mind being booty calls, weekend flings, side chicks….yet they
complain about being single. When you keep giving men the impression you are
just some piece of ass, how do you expect them to respect you or treat you like
a lady? According to him, she’s cool with it and since they are both bored and lonely,
they decided to give it a shot. Of
course I asked how often the sex would be till Sunday and he said as the spirit
leads… Wow!
