Best New Artist at the 2022 Soul Train Awards – Tems

Tems took home Best New Artist at The 2022 Soul Train Awards. She was nominated with fellow Nigerians CKay and Fireboy DML. Tems is the first winner in this category from an African country.

Tems received the Best New Act award at the 2022 Soul Train Awards, which were broadcast on BET and BET Her.

The big winner at the event was Beyoncé who took home song of the year and album of the year for her Renaissance album.
