Aishwarya Rai Bachchan test positive for Covid-19

Bollywood Royalty,Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have reportedly tested positive for Covid-19.The former Miss World and actress was taken to Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital and is receiving treatment. Her daughter is also positive and is receiving treatment as well.

Her husband,Abhishek and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, both also famous actors, have been in hospital since Saturday with the virus. Fans of the Bollywood family held prayers for them this week.

India recorded 35,000 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours on Friday. The country now has the third-highest number of cases in the world, after the US and Brazil. The current death toll is 25,602.
