Betty White dead at 99

Actress and TV Icon, Betty White has died on the 31st of December 2021 at her home in Brentwood, Calif. , just a few weeks to her 100th birthday. She was 99 years old. 

She was the first woman to host a talk show, a writer, producer, and game-show host.She won eight Emmys and the was known for show like The Golden Girls and the Mary Tyler Moore Show.

White was married three times, most famously to Password host Allen Ludden, whom she wed in 1963 after serving as a panelist on his game show. Their union lasted until his death in 1981, and she never married again.

Her agent, Jeff Witjas, told the Vanity Fair in a statement.

“Even though Betty was about to be 100, I thought she would live forever,” “I will miss her terribly and so will the animal world that she loved so much. I don’t think Betty ever feared passing because she always wanted to be with her most beloved husband Allen Ludden. She believed she would be with him again.” 

The cause of death was of natural causes. 

What a life she lived,May her soul rest in peace.
