Billie Eilish looked like a scarlet goddess in this red dress that showed off her massive thigh tattoo. She shared the stunning look on her social media and captioned; “Thank you @oscardelarenta for designing this BEAUTIFUL dress and bringing my ideas and vision to life. it was an honor to wear this dress knowing that going forward oscar de la renta will be completely fur-free!!!!”

The gown is an Oscar de la Renta design.
