Cardi B says Husband Offset was targeted for being a successful black man

Offset – real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus was pulled over by the Police on friday and arrested for  carrying a weapon while on probation stemming from a 2016 incident. The Migos star told his legal team ,he is concerned about wife,Cardi B and daughter,Kulture who arrived on July 10. He said;’He is concerned, very concerned, about [Cardi B],’ Findling says. ‘Of course his new baby is his top priority as well as his other children.’

‘He did not commit any traffic offense and he certainly was not in possession of any weapons,’ Findling said. ‘This was an improper arrest and I believe in his innocence.’

The attorney added: ‘[Offset’s] holding up as best he can considering the circumstances and knows he has not broken any laws. He is going to have his day in court.’

According to his famous rapper wife,he wasn’t with a weapon that he was just pulled over for being a successful black rapper.she also said she would stand by the rapper ‘even if he were sentenced to prison,’ -TMZ reports.
