Mel B Stuns in Blue for a lunch date with Hair Stylist

America’s Got talent Judge,Mel b looked stylish in this  lacy, netted blue, skin-tight blouse in a  tulle skirt that cascaded from her waist in layers of different tones of blue in a pair of turquoise high heels. She was spotted taking a stroll with hair stylist Gary Madatyan after dining at BOA Steakhouse.
