The Duchess of Cambridge donned hers first in September during her toou in Canada and Mandy this month at her series “This is Us” promo tour. I love the dress in blue and Mandy is simply beautiful but Kate is always a sight for sore eyes and i love the shoes she paired it with compared to Mandy’s. Who wore it better?
