Uzo Aduba 2015 Emmy Win Speech

Aww,congrats to our very own Uzo Aduba who took home her second Emmy gong as Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama at the 2015 Prime time Emmy Awards. The Orange is the new black star gave a heartwarming speech;

“I really just want to say thank you a thousand times. If I could say thank you a thousand times, it would not be enough,”“Thank you for creating this show, for creating this space, for creating a platform,” she said.
Aduba also thanked her castmates;“I love you mostly because you let me be me.”“I really just want to say thank you for my family, who have stood beside me my entire life,” she said, adding to Chioma, present in the audience, “I am hubled to call myself your sister. I love you so much.”
