Yolanda foster’s 18-year old model daughter,Bella Hadid and R&B singer,The Weeknd,25 are dating. They have been dating since May but made it official as they hold hands (photo above) arriving  New York City hot spots 1Oak with pals Justin Bieber,and Hailey Baldwin on Sept. 8.
