Taylor Swift paid a visit to a 13-year-old special fan,Delaney Clements who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at the age of 7.Taylor decided to meet Delaney after the vibrant teens, wish to meet the star in a video where she danced to the chart topper hit ‘Shake it off”

Delaney shared the photo above and wrote;

‘Literally speechless right now!!!!! My new best friend ( as I call her now ) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/ hugg ever!! Thank you !! I love you!! Happy holidays!!,’
