Remember the photos Kim shared some weeks back from a photo shoot? Well the steamy shoot was taken during an episode of KUWTK which aired on sunday and i couldn’t help but notice how her assistant were really making sure they place the sand on her butt cheek perfectly. I mean,she could jusy sit on the sand than have this poor mean place sand on her derriere,just saying….lol . See photos after the cut…
